a Two Year Limited Warranty on the workmanship and materials on the interior and exterior of the home.

key part of our warranty program is our post construction warranty service.
A post closing 3-month and 12-month walk thru are scheduled with the builder.
We know that as you live in the home and get settled in, items in need of attention
may become apparent over time. Given the fact that your home is made
up of thousands of components, there is no way any one builder can build or

a perfect, flawless home. So, our warranty is your assurance that we back our
homes and service our clients well past the construction phase of the process.
If we can't back our work, we won't build it.
Additionally and at our expense, our warranty is backed by a third-party home warranty company by the name of Residential Warranty Company (RWC). RWC is an insurance company that specializes in guaranteeing new home warranties for homebuilders. This gives our buyers peace of mind in knowing that our warranty is backed and insured. Specifically, RWC holds the warranty for the 3rd and 4th years of workmanship and materials on the roof and for the full 10 years on major structural issues on the home.
